A small lot with an untouched 100 year old workers cottage was the footprint for this now fully renovated and extended 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home. Situated only minutes from the CBD the house transformed into a modern day Queensland home with ample room and all the convenience of today.



This house comprises many recycled materials starting with recycled steel reinforcing, concrete aggregate, hardwoods for cladding , stairs and retaining . Low VOC paints and carpets have been used.
